Arepas

  •  Ingredients:

For 5 Arepas

½ lb precooked white

corn flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 water cup

 

  • Preparation:

 

      In a bowl add the water, salt and flour, then knead with your hands until the mixture is well-compact, after that make 5 dough balls, flatten into a cylindrical shape with your hands until each one be ½ inch wide, on a preheated plate to add a drop of oil, expand it with a napkin, then put the arepa by both sides, After they are precooked put them on the Stove Until they be golden.
