Chicken Salad

  •  Ingredients:

2 Breasts chicken

2 carrots

5 potatoes

1 small can of sweet

corn (corn)

1 small can of peas

1 medium jar of mayonnaise

1 cabbage cut into small pieces

Salt

 

  • Preparation:

 

      Cook in a big pot with water potatoes and carrots until they be soft, peel potatoes and carrots, then chop into squares and place them in a bowl with the cabbage previously washed, cook the breast in a pot with water until it is cooked well, breast crumble and add it to bowl, add salt, corn, peas, mayonnaise, mix until it be uniform
