1 lb of Mero without skin,
bones or entrails.
(You can also use snapper)
The juice of a lemon
Black pepper and salt to taste.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 ripe tomatoes cut into
thick wheels
1 red pepper
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 sweet peppers chopped into small squares
1 Thyme
3 bay leaves
Salt
2 medium onions wheels
1/9 lb of olives stuffed with peppers
1 red wine cup
1 glass of sherry (optional)
