Empanadas de Queso

  •  Ingredients:

     

1 pound flour precooked

white corn

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

½ lb wheat flour

1 and ½ water cup

 

Fill:

 

½ lb of cheese, chopped into 10 pieces

 

  • Preparation:

 

      In a bowl with water, add all ingredients except the cheese, knead with your hands until the mixture be well compact, divide it into 10 equal parts, then on paper plastic stretch the dough to make it thin and give it a circular shape, the filling is placed in the center of the dough, then fold the paper circle in half sealed well tip the dough and cut the excess with a knife, withdrew the paper, in a frying pan fry with hot oil until they be golden.
